A 19-acre development on the north side of Palacios will soon be home to 70 new single-family homes.
Lynn Development acquires 766 acres at Beachside in Palacios, Texas
PORT LAVACA, Texas (Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2021) – Lynn Development has acquired 766 acres of undeveloped property in and around the Beachside subdivision in Palacios, Texas.
Stuart A. Lynn P.E., founder and CEO of LynnGroup, closed on the purchase from Waterfront Land Investments Fund, LP in a private transaction at Gulf Coast Title Company in Port Lavaca, Texas, on Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2021. The sale price was not disclosed.
